This page explains how minimálnemzdy.sk handles personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies, contains no third-party advertising or tracking scripts and does not follow how you move around it. Fonts, the map and the charts are all served from our own server. The calculators work only in your browser and do not send the values you enter anywhere.

Server logs

On every visit the web server automatically records basic technical access data, such as the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept only as long as necessary.

Links to other sites

Links to BRAINER services carry a marker showing that the visit came from this site (UTM parameters). Once you are on brainer.eu,BRAINER's privacy policy applies.

If you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your details only to answer your question and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You have the right:

• to access your personal data and have it corrected,
• to have it erased and its processing restricted,
• to object to processing,
• to data portability,
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
